Struggling Connecting to ABSA Business Bank

Am I the only one struggling connecting to ABSA.? It's been months now. I'm thinking to going to Sage if this issue is not resolved. QB doesn't take these connection problems seriously. I can't be paying for a service I'm not getting.

Are you getting any error messages when trying to connect the ABSA Business Bank

in QuickBooks Online (QBO)? Some banks have multiple names on our list. You can try logging in to all bank's extensions if there are multiple results when you search it by name. 

 

If you have tried all the options, you can request support from your bank. This way, they can help establish a one-way connection with QBO. Refer to this link and proceed to Step 3: Find your bank or credit card account.

 

In the meantime, you can upload the transactions manually to ensure the account is up-to-date. Download the data from your bank. Then, map the transactions in the following supported formats or file types:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Quicken (QFX)

 

After you download your transactions in QuickBooks, you can review them in the For Review tab to make sure all of your data is downloaded.
