For a smooth migration of the database from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online, we recommend canceling your QBO US subscription and subscribing to QBO UK. It will help avoid any potential difficulties during the upgrade process.

However, you can also use a third-party service and check any integrated apps that can migrate the data and transactions from QuickBooks UK to QuickBooks US. Alternatively, you can manually input your data into your QuickBooks US subscription.
