Access to a subsidiary account

Hi there,

 

A staff member of ours left our organisation in the last few months. We are a charity, and this person was the only one who had access to our QB trading subsidiary account. Is there any way to get access into this account - can anyone help? Our Finance team are stuck and need assistance before year end!

If the Primary Amin of the account is no longer available to transfer the role to another user, we'll need a member of the company to submit a request to become the new Primary Admin - you can see the full details of this and complete the form for the request here.
