I recommend canceling your US account and signing up a UK account. I'll help you with the steps.

1. Click Gear.
2. Click Account and Settings.
3. Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. Click the Cancel or Cancel trial link.
5. Follow the steps on the screen to cancel.

Once done, an email confirmation will be sent to the account administrator's email. Then, you'll have read-only access to your QuickBooks Online data for one year.
