Account does not include mobile access

When attempting to sign into the mobile app, I am getting a notification that my account does not include Access to the Online Mobile App.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps that can help us isolate this. To start, make sure that you download the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) app based on the device you're using. Here's the link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/mobile-apps/.

 

Once downloaded, log in using the same username and password you enter when accessing your QBSE account on the regular web browser.
