Hi, Abd. Thank you for reaching out regarding the activation issue with your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). I noticed that the attachment showing the error did not come through in your initial post. If you could resend it, that would be extremely helpful in diagnosing and resolving the issue more efficiently.

Nevertheless, I'm here to provide guidance in resolving the error message when activating your QBDT.

As you may be aware, QuickBooks Desktop was discontinued in the UK as of June 2023. Nonetheless, if you purchased QuickBooks with an outright licence, rest assured that you can still reinstall, activate, and use your product. If you are missing your activation code or require assistance with your license, I recommend contacting our Support Team.
 

1. Go to the Contact Support link. 
2. Select the appropriate options to get support.
3. Call the number listed on the page.
   
   

Next, to fix the activation error you're seeing, here are some steps to follow using the QuickBooks Tool Hub:

1. Close QuickBooks.
2. Download the most recent version (1.6.0.5) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it (like your Downloads folder or your Windows desktop).
3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
5. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
6. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, select Program Problems.
7. Select Quick Fix my Program.
8. When the tool finishes, start QuickBooks Desktop, then open your data file and try to activate.
