Adding a work order number to my invoice template
Hi, I am new to Quickbooks and I think I have set it up properly. However, I need to add @'work order number' under the date/invoice number/terms column and cannot find how to do it.

You can take advantage of custom fields to do this. If you click on +new>invoices> cog wheel top right-hand corner>custom fields, click on + add custom field> enter the name of the field> select the info you want> save then it will appear on your invoice to then enter the info in.
