Adding Stock-no option

Hi,

 

I have quickbooks online in the UK. I'm trying to add stock but the only options I have are non-stock or services. I have changed in my settings the products and services to track SKU etc but I'm still not getting the option to add as stock. I've even tried to change type option on non-stock when I added something, but I only got the services option

 

Anh help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ambrose20 We can see that you're using a SimpleStart product, this type of account doesn't track stock. If you'd like to track stock then you'd have to upgrade to a Plus account.
