Admin for mutiplie QB Accounts

Hi Lisamull1, 

You can change the email address associated with your user by signing-in and selecting your initial in the top-right of the screen > Manage your Intuit Account. 

From here you'll be able to update your email and user ID to your preferred email within the 'Sign in & security' tab - you'll need to do this for each account that you're needing to change.

Once changed, you'll then see all of the companies listed when logging in, and can switch between accounts by selecting the Cog wheel > Switch company. 👍

Just to clarify, are you the Admin of QB Online accounts? Your tag is QB Desktop.
