After registering for making tax distal and this process taking weeks we have gone to submit a return today and it is not connecting and giving a message undefined

I've checked our records and found out that this is an on-going issue, Ghross1971.  

 

For now, our engineers are investigating about it. While they're working for a fix to be rolled out, I suggest reaching out to our customer care support. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users. Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online. 
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description about your concern, then click Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Chat or Get a callback.

The chat support is open from Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm BST. While the phone support is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm BST.
