Hi there, HAM9.
Thank you for posting here in the QuickBooks Community and for sharing the information you've done to resolve the issue.
Can you please provide a screenshot or additional information about the dropdown menus you're referring to? I'd appreciate any further details so I can present accurate information.
Based on the screenshot you've attached, it seems you're using the Airy new template. That's the reason the alignment of your template is aligned in the center. That said, you can use other template designs depending on the style you want. To start with, I suggest editing your template.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon at the top.
- Under Your Company, click Custom Form Styles.
- To edit the template, click the Edit link under the Action column.
- Select Invoice.
- Go to the Design tab and click the Change up the template option.
- Choose the style you want.
- Go to the Content tab to customize the header, body, and footer of the invoice template.
- Click Done when finished.

However, if the issue continues to occur, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support team again. They have the tools to pull your account to investigate the cause of the issue.
Please refer to this article on how you can import your custom form style in QuickBooks and how to fix any errors you'll encounter when uploading your form or matching fields: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.
We appreciate your patience as we work through this. If there's anything else I can do for you, please let me know. I'll be around to help you out.
