Question

Am I the only person having issues with AMEX connection? Been investigated by the engineers since October, no resolution. I get emails saying that it is not resolved.

I can disconnect and reconnect so my account updates but then will not update after that initial reconnection

We're sorry to see the time that this has taken so far. The issue that you are experiencing is company-specific, meaning it is not affecting all AMEX customers. From checking the investigation on our side, we can see that our engineers have scheduled contact with an impacted customer this week. During this, they will complete further testing to help towards developing a fix. Please continue to monitor your emails for further updates and notice of resolution. 🙂
