Question

Any one else having issues with HSBC manual transaction download? I now only get balance updates. Tried re-connecting my accounts but QB says they're already connected.

I'm here with you today to help check the issues you're having when downloading transactions with HSBC bank manually.

 

As of now, we haven't received any reported issues about downloading transactions manually with HSBC bank. To check if this is a browser related issue, you can try logging in your account using a private browser or another supported browser and see if it works fine from there.

 

In addition, you can also update your bank manually to download the transactions.

 

  1. Click on Banking at the left pane.
  2. On the Banking page, click on Update.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue updateYou must enter these credentials within 2 minutes of being prompted Multi-Factor Authentication is any security precaution that requests more than a single username and password.

I'd also recommend checking this with our Support Team for further investigation.
