Question

Anyone else having problems with the keyboard on this app. When I've finished typing I can't hit save, the green save button disappears as soon as I start typing?

Issues with mobile apps can be fixed by performing some basic troubleshooting. To begin, refresh your data by following the steps below:

  1. From your mobile app, click the hamburger icon.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Click Refresh Data.

 

If it doesn't work, let's try toggling your phone's data connection by turning off your wifi and instead use the cellular data or vice versa.
