Anyone experience their mileage log coming up with doubles meaning each journey is logged twice. how do I stop it?

I'm here to help you resolve your duplicate mileage issues in your QuickBooks Sel-Employed (QBSE). 

Are you using the mobile app when checking the mileage duplicates? If so, I'd recommend logging in to your QBSE account through the web. Then, review the transactions from there. This way, we can verify what's causing the issue.

If you're unable to see any duplicates, let's update your device to stop the dilemma. Duplicates problems will usually occur when the app is out of date.

For Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap Menu My apps & games.
3. Select CBSE to update.
4. Tap More.
5. Tap Enable auto-update.

For iOS:

1. Press the App Store icon on the Home screen.
2. Click the Updates button to access the Updates screen. 
3. Tap the Update button for QBSE. 

After that, I'd recommend checking the mileage again to verify if the duplicates are gone. If the issue continues, let's uninstall and re-install the app. Please touch and hold the app, then click the Delete app or Uninstall button. Nothing to worry about uninstalling the app because it won't delete the transactions and subscriptions you have.
