Automatic invoice reminders

Hi 

 

My system is set up to reminder my customers once after 30 days.

 

I currently have one customer who pays monthly. Unfortunately she has received 2 reminders in the last day alone. 7.32 am & 11.31pm. I have explained the first reminder to them but do not under why the send was sent later that day.

 

Anyone else had this issue or know hoe to rectify it?

You've come to the perfect place for help, 2006Claire. I've got some information to share that can resolve this issue.

 

It could be that there are two automated reminders turned on that's why your customer received a second email. To rule this out, let's go to the settings and double-check your setup. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and settings.
  3. Head to the Sales tab and tap the Edit icon in the Reminders section.
  4. Make sure to turn off Reminder 2 or 3.
  5. Hit Save, then Done.
