Back to original viewing format etc

Hi

How do i get my account back to original settings.

They appear to have updated the look and functionality for the worse, and i cannot work with this silly format.

Can anyone advise how to get it back?

For example... "All Sales".. all i had to do was click on the invoice to go into it... now i have a sub menu and then have to choose edit... also invoice messages (in the box provided) does not show on list view.

So frustrating when these companies think they are changing things for the better!

The option to return to the previous user interface in QuickBooks Online is currently unavailable. I can totally see how the feature to choose how your QuickBooks Online looks would be a great addition to the current features that we have, so I'll take note of it. I also encourage you to leave the feedback on your account. 

 

Here are the steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Provide your product suggestion.
  3. Click on Next to submit feedback.
