I can't get quickbooks to connect with my cash plus account

Can I please confirm which error code/message which you are receiving when trying to connect online?

Something unexpected happened and we couldn't connect to your bank.

Try signing in again, and check for typos and other errors. If that doesn't work, try signing in on the Cash Plus (UK) site. (520)
