Banking error 101 using Nationwide bank account. All other accounts working fine. Can anyone help solve this?

If you still have an error you may need to upgrade the banking connection to the new open banking type, as you are using the Self Employed package if you do not get the option to upgrade the connection if you can reach out to us on Facebook or Twitter under QuickBooks UK with a private message as we'll need some account-specific information and as the Community is a public forum it will remove any account details such as email if we ask for them here😊
