Billing Address on Delivery Notes

Hi

When producing delivery notes, it pulls in the billing address rather than the shipping address.  Obviously this is problematic when customers have different addresses for each.

 

Is there a way to correct this so it shows the delivery address on the delivery note?  It sounds so simple!

I’ve got some information for you, @RedRoom.

 

QuickBooks Online uses the billing address on your customer's profile when you create delivery notes.

 

To make the Shipping address as your Delivery address in your delivery notes, you’ll want to manually edit the customer’s info. Then, change the Billing to the Shipping address.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. Select the customer’s name.
  3. Press the Edit button at the right top.
  4. Change the Billing to the Shipping address.
  5. Select Save.

 

Once done, you can now create and print a delivery note in QuickBooks.
