Is anyone else having problem with journal entry and QBO Authentication?

When creating a journal entry, have you received an error message? Any information can help us determine why you experience this issue.

 

In the meantime, I'd suggest performing some browser troubleshooting steps. First, let's try accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on the incognito window. This way, we can check if it's a browser-related issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Control + Option + P (Safari)
  • Press Ctrl Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
