Can an invoice be created but then scheduled to email on a specific future date?

At this time, this functionality isn't available in QuickBooks Online. Although you can't directly schedule a one-time invoice to be emailed on a specific future date, you can utilize the recurring invoices feature to achieve a similar outcome. 1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
2. Type in your suggestions about emailing future invoices.
3. Then, submit your request.
