Can any expert help please. I am trying to enter new trips in mileage but will not register. I was using auto trips but cancelled since then I can't enter manually.

We can perform some troubleshooting to see if this is a browser-related cause.

 

I'd like to start with opening a Private Window or an Incognito Window in your web browser. This will open your account in a clean slate and loads fresh data. Here's how:

  • Mozilla Firefox / Internet Explorer: Press CTRL Shift P
  • Safari: Press Command Shift N
  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL Shift N

Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account if you're in the Private / Incognito Window.

 

If it works, you can go back to your original browser and clear the cache. Alternatively, you can use other compatible browsers.

 

If the issue still persists I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Technical Team.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  4. Enter a brief discussion of your concern, then click Let's talk.
  5. Click Start a chat.
