Can I change the 'effective date for the new scheme' on VAT settings

QB support have converted my date from Sage 50 to QB Online

But the effective date for our VAT scheme is wrong and so I can'y maintain the archive of historic VAT returns.

Editing the VAT settings enables you to overwrite the Effective Date but doesn't save it.

Any ideas how to change please?
