Can I create batch purchase orders using the batch transactions function or through Excel sync feature in QBO Advanced?

We use workflow approvals in QBO Advanced. Currently, I have a massive amount of POs in Excel that need to be entered into QBO. I am looking if there is a way I can do this with copy paste from Excel or by using the Excel sync feature. Thank you!

While it's not possible to create batch purchase orders in QuickBooks Online Advance (QBOA), Rah. I'm here to help you submit a feature request.

 

We recognize how essential this functionality is for your business. Therefore, I suggest sending feedback to our dedicated product engineering team. They're responsible for thoroughly analyzing and determining which features will be included in the upcoming updates for the program.

 

To send your request:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Tap Next to submit.

 

As a workaround, you can explore third-party applications that offer to enter batch purchase orders to QBO.

 

Additionally, you can run a report to get an overview of your business finances.
