Can I get help connecting my bank account?Why is there no UK support?

Follow these steps on how you can do it in QBO: 

 

  1. Go to Banking menu, then proceed to the Banking tab.
  2. Click Connect or select Add account if you've previously added an account before.
  3. Enter the URL or the name of the bank.
  4. Click the correct account, then enter your login credentials.
  5. Follow the succeeding prompts to complete the process.

I also cannot get any UK support. No callback, no chat.

 

Still unable to upload credit card transactions and no live credit card feed.

 

Given how much we pay for this software, the help available is currently very poor.

Can we ask what happens when you try to upload any credit card transactions? Do you get any error codes or messages show up? 

 

What is the bank called that this credit card is for?
