Hello there, @sparky231849.

Thanks for allowing QuickBooks to help you with your accounting needs. I've got the information that you need in keeping your details from your previous account.

At this time, we're unable to transfer your data and transactions between accounts completely. If you signed up for a new account, you'll need to transfer your transactions manually.

However, you have the option to import/export lists, such as the list of customers, vendors and P/S items, without transactions. You can also your import bank transactions; deposits and expenses, with date, memo and amount. The category won't be included in this case.

Once you've decided to export and import your data, you may follow these procedures below.

To export data:

  1. On your QuickBooks account, go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select which data you'd like to export.
  3. Click on the Export to Excel button.

To import the data:

  1. Log in to the new account, then click on the Gear icon at the upper right.
  2. Under Tools, choose Import Data.
  3. Select the type of data that you'd like to import.
  4. Click Browse to select a file to be imported.
  5. Click on the Next button until finished.

For more information about importing or exporting data, you can check out these articles:

Additionally, you still have one year access into your old account, in case you cancel your subscription. The following article will give you the complete details about this: What will happen to my data after I cancel?

If you need further assistance in doing the process, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They have the tools that can help you with this procedure.

This should get you on the right track.

Please let me know if you have any other questions about this or any QuickBooks related things. I'm always here to lend a helping hand. Wishing you well!
