There's no direct feature for bank transfers to process customer payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO) UK, iqrah.

As a workaround, you can accept payments through direct debit with GoCardless for scheduled direct debit payments and PayPal directly from an invoice.

Otherwise, you'll want to consider looking for another third-party application that you can integrate with the program.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to the Apps menu.
  3. Select Find Apps.
  4. Browse the available apps and select one that meets your requirements for processing customer payments.

You can also visit our QuickBooks App Store to find an app that allows you to receive invoice payments via bank transfer.

I've included this article for future reference about personalising your invoices and other sales transactions in QBO: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks.

Post a reply if you have other questions about managing payment methods for invoices QBO. We'll help you out as soon as we can.

@iqrah

If you are running a service company, You can use a proposal management app to sync with QBO and accept multiple payment methods.
