Can't add accountant - urgent

Hi,

 

I desperately need to add my accountant to my QBSE account, so he can check everything for my 19/20 Tax return.

 

After doing some research... I've found that I can't add my accountant as I took the subscription out via the Apple App store, and need to cancel it and sign up directly with the website?

 

However, doing this means that I'll certainly miss the 31st January deadline, and obviously get charged.. not to mention give my accountant less time to sort this.

 

Is there a way to sort this immediately, otherwise I feel like I've wasted time and money.

Hello Teflondon,  Part of the terms mean we can not take over Itunes billing until the next bill date when canceled. You have the option of emailing the tax summary to your accountant from the reports section in Self Employed as well as the profit and loss for them to check over.

If I'm to cancel my subscription via the QBSE App, and then sign up after it expires via the website, will I lose any previous data/receipts?

Hi Chris, no data or receipts will be lost during this, only the billing info will be affected 🙂
