Can't collect hsbc kinetic
Hsbc kinetic doesn't appear in the bank account list so I'm unable to connect. I have tried connecting to quickbooks from the kinetic app and is shows I'm connected in the hsbc app but not in the quickbooks

Let me share some information about connecting the HSBC Kinetic account with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Currently, HSBC Kinect bank is unable to connect to Quickbooks bank feeds. Please read at the link that tells you which banks are available to connect to in Quickbooks: Understanding if you can connect your bank feeds to Open Banking.
In the meantime, you'll want to manually upload your transactions into QuickBooks. You can check this article for the steps and details: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
