Can't download QB invoices in pdf / payment history.

Hello.

I can't download QB invoices (i.e. subscription charges from QB to me) from Payment History.

I go to Payment History, click "Download to PDF", it says "loading" and then nothing happens.

I have checked in "downloads" of the browser (Chrome BTW), permitted pop-ups from intuit.com

Also - I have no problem printing invoices or other documents from QB - they just open as a new tab in browser.

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies and then close the browser down, reload it, log back into Quickbooks and try again.

See if it downloads for you this time.
