Can’t log in to my account

I can’t log into my account although I’ve had the account for years.

my accountant was subscriber but I had since taken it over.

how do I gain access to my accounts. Why do QuickBooks not email to notify your about to lose access??

I'll share the steps on how you can access your account. If you still have your User ID and password, open QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private browser or an incognito window. This is to determine if this is a cache-related issue. Thus, the webpage is preventing the online program from accessing your account.

 

Here's how: 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N   

 

If it's working, go back to your regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Performing this process will optimize the QBO performance. If you continue to get the same result, use a supported browser.

 

If you’re still unable to access your account, contact our Customer Care Support so we can investigate further.

  1. From the sign in page, select I forgot my user ID or Password.
  2. Choose Try Something Else.
  3. Click Talk to an expert.
  4. Complete the required fields. Then, tap Submit to connect to an expert via Chat.
