I'll share some insights to help you add a logo in your sales forms, @smtautorepair-gm.

Are you attempting to include your logo in a sales form? Unexpected QuickBooks Online behaviors are usually because of browser errors. I have some suggestions about how we can fix it.

Let's begin by opening a new tab in an incognito window. Log in to your account and upload your logo from there.

Follow the steps below:

  1. From the Gear icon, select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Locate the form and click Edit.
  3. On the Design tab, select Make logo edits.
  4. Click Add a logo.

If the problem persists, you can use a private browser to isolate the issue.

Here's how:

Google Chrome: press CTRL + Shift + N

Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P

Internet Explorer: press CTRL + Shift + P

Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you can add a logo using a private browser, you can clear the cache of your regular browser to delete the junk/temporary files from your browser. You can try switching to a different browser and ensure it's updated.

You may also submit it using your account settings. You can go to the Account and Settings from the Gear icon. Click twice on the logo box on the Company tab. After selecting and opening your logo, click Save twice.

It will appear on your sales form template once you've finished. Return to the Custom Form Styles page and make any necessary changes.
