Hello Megan881, thanks for joining this thread. The in-built migration tool is no longer viable due to the retirement of Internet Explorer which was a key component in the process. Instead, migration from QB Desktop to QB Online would need to be through a third-party migration provider. We've partnered with Movemybooks to offer all Desktop customers (versions 2009 onwards) up to two years of data transfer for free (additional years can be purchased from MMB if required).
