Can you change the default message for when sending a remittance advice?

Hello gillian-dew,

 

You can change the message when sending a remittance advice out. If you go to the bill payment and click 'save and send' it will take you to a screen where you can edit the email. There is no way to set up a specific default message however, this will have to be changed every time.
