Solved

Can you download historic bank details? Data from the 1st April has been downloaded but we need transactions prior to that date.

Yes, it is possible, shirley6.

QuickBooks Online allows you to manually upload bank transactions for more than 90 days. You'll need to have the .QBO or .CSV file from your bank. Then, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Banking.
  2. In the Banking tab, click on File upload.
  3. Browse the file.
  4. Map the transaction detail.
  5. Continue to upload.

These are the articles for your references:

Once done, you can start matching or adding them to your register so your bank account is reconciled.

Hello Karenfaren

Are you using the Self Employed product? If so you can go to the cog in the top right>imports>then select import older transactions against the bank account you want to upload the CSV to.

If you are using QuickBooks Online and you do not have the banking section are you accessing it through a mobile app?

Thanks
