Let's get rid of this error so you can get back to working order, @margarethazlett5.

The Application error -90 usually occurs when the browser you're using has a data issue. To verify, let's try logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. Press this shortcut key on your keyboard to open a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Once logged in, go back and try to set up the logo, company name, and CRN from the Account and Settings menu. If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.

You might want to learn how to set up VAT settings, codes, and rates in your QBO account. Here's an article you can read for your future reference: Set up and edit VAT settings, codes, and rates.
