Can you tell me when the development team will be installing a small gear option for A/P running balance?

We have a particular problem in quickly identifying the balance outstanding at any moment in time. We use multicurrency. Currently we export a particular Supplier account to Excel and then create a cumulative running balance column to understand our financial position. We have over 300 suppliers in a dozen currencies and its most unsatisfactory. Please tell us WHEN the intuit development team will be introducing this option. Hi there, @Arden7. We'll help you send a feature request to help you manage the outstanding balance for your suppliers inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Since the option to customize the report to show balances for different suppliers with different currencies isn't available inside the program, we recommend sending a feature suggestion to our Product Development Team. This way, they can evaluate your idea and consider it for future program updates. We'll write down the steps to get you going:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right-corner, click the Gear icon.
  3. Select Feedback and then enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Once ready, click Next to submit feedback.
