Cancel button not showing

Hi

 

Just tried to cancel my account yet when I go to the Billing Page there are no buttons or links to cancel account, check other browsers and machines still no joy, please advise ASAP.

Thanks for visiting the Community. I understand the need to cancel your Quickbooks Self-Employed subscription. 

 

We have different steps to cancel a subscription plan. It depends on where you bought your subscription from, whether directly from QuickBooks or a mobile app store. 

 

If the cancellation button isn't showing using the web browser, it could be that your subscription was bought from the mobile app store. I'll show you the steps on how to cancel on an iOS and Google Play. Here's how: 

 

On an iPhone or iPad (iOS)

 

  1. Open the Settings menu on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Go to iTunes & App Store, then sign in to your apple account. 
  3. Select your Apple ID, then click View Apple ID.
  4. Under Active, select Manage, then select QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  5. Select Cancel Subscription.

 

On an Android phone or tablet

 

  1. Open Google Play on your phone or tablet, then sign in to your Google account.
  2. Select the menu icon, then look for QuickBooks Self-Employed in the Subscriptions section.
  3. Select Cancel.
