Cannot Create Project

Is anyone else having problems creating projects against customers (if they dont already have a project)?

The only solution is to create the first project via Projects on the Main Menu.  Thereafter it works.

Hi ZLCEnergy, thanks for joining the Community 🙂

 

This is working as designed, the project can only be created from the 'Project' tab from the left-navigation menu, once you have assigned a customer to this, this will then show under the 'project' tab on the customer (Sales > Customer > Click onto customer to view details).
