cannot sign in

Hi,

I've just signed up to QuickBooks Self Employted about a week ago and i'm still unable to sign into my account.

I've phoned and spoke to someone but they couldn't help.

The browser's cache is one of the factors why you can't log in to QBSE. For the time being, you can try opening your account using an incognito window. It's the best place to detect problems within the browser you're using.

 

To save you time, you can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

From there, open this link to sign in to QBSE UK: https://uk.selfemployed.intuit.com/login.

 

If it works fine, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.

 

If you're getting the same result, may I know the specific error message you've received? This way, I'll be able to look into this more closely and check for open investigations.
