Cant attach receipts on laptop

I am working on a MacBook Pro and using either Safari or Chrome I hit the same problem. Occasionally receipts snapped on my mobile do not attach themselves to the right transaction so I have to do it manually. For some reason I now can't do this - either via drag and drop or via the browse option. 

Does anyone have a solution for this - otherwise I have to save all the unattached receipts in a separate folder on my desktop to send separately to the accountant.

Hi @cctextileart,

 

We have an ongoing case reported about receipts not saving on transactions (INV-48968). Our engineers are still gathering data to look into this issue.

 

In the meantime, you can save your receipts and send it separately as a workaround. I'd still recommend contacting our QBSE Customer Care Support so you'll be added in the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive updates via email as progress is made towards a solution.
