Cant open taxes tab, keep getting loading icon

Hello Nobrien-live-co- Can you please try different web browsers like safari, firefox, google chrome, ect does the same thing happen in them ones as well. Can you also try in incognito/private windows as well.

Hello Mobrien, Thanks for reaching out about the taxes tab not loading, we'd like to look into why this is happening and get you a resolution. Can we first ask you to clear the cache and cookies in your browser by selecting all-time in the date range? Then close the browser down once that has been completed re-open and go back to Quickbooks and the taxes tab. Does it then load?

No still doesn't Load, goes to VAT page, then the green loading icon pops up but never loads.

    Mine does not work either.. Tried everything mentioned in the thread and still did not work ... please help

    Rest assured, I'm here to share the best way to get this matter resolved promptly. 

     

    Since the issue persists even after doing the suggested troubleshooting steps by my colleague above, I recommend contacting our support team directly. They have the necessary equipment to check the root cause of this issue and help access the Taxes menu in QuickBooks Online. 

     

    Here's how to reach them:

     

    1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
    2. Select Help (?).
    3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
    4. In Search, select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
    5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
    • Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

     

    Moreover, I'll be adding this link to help record, adjust, and delete VAT payments in the tax center: Manage VAT payments in QuickBooks Online. You can run reports for your VAT liabilities, record or edit VAT payments, and see your payments for different periods.
