Hi. Can anyone tell me if their is a way to assign a category & add product/services on Quickbooks? It seems to only offer you the opportunity for one or the other.

Hi Yvonne, you can create categories by selecting the Cog > All lists > Product Categories - once created, you can then assign these to individual products & services by selecting the 'Category' field within the P&S settings. When you select an item with a category assigned on a transaction this will then show as Category:P/S name. 🙂
