An associate in our business has been entered onto Desktop Quickbooks as a "customer" instead of an "other name". How can I correct / edit this ?
Is it possible to change "customer" to "other name" ?
Any advice appreciated.

Welcome to the Community page,
if you go to in list> Other Names List you change it there but you would have to delete them from the Customer Center first and then add them in the Other Names List but also if you have them in the Other Names List, you would not be able to use them as a customer just to make you aware of that.
