Changing the e-mail template for the type of invoice

I have multiple templates setup for e-mail but I don't know how to change the actual template when I go to send out the e-mail for different customers. For instance, I have one template for invoices that are installations and another template for invoices that are services. I also have a template setup for overdue invoices but I don't know how to go about sending the e-mail with a different template for each one. I have Quickbooks Desktop.

Hi jacqueline0630,

 

I understand how you want to send an email with different templates for different customers. Currently, this isn't possible.

 

QuickBooks Desktop uses the default template when sending invoices to customers.
