We have about 150 customers with common Service entry for all of them, like Registration fee and monthly Fee.Is there not a method by which these can be added automatically to all invoices?

I can share some insights on how to assign line items to invoices, @Manzoor1,

At the moment, the option to create an invoice template with a fixed line item for services is currently unavailable. You will need to assign them every time you will create a sale inside QuickBooks.

However, if they have a fixed payment scheme and their pay doesn't change, you can use recurring transactions. This will allow you to assign line items on invoices for fixed charges to a client.

To do that:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ then select Recurring Transactions.
  2. Press New.
  3. Choose the type of transaction to create, and then select OK.
  4. Enter a Template name.
  5. Choose a Type. For Scheduled, QuickBooks will automatically create the transaction for you. While for Unscheduled, it will only serve as a template where you can pull up and modify anytime.
  6. Add all the information of the sale including the Service entry before saving.
