Company address won't update

I've tryed multiple times to update in settings but invoices still show a previous address

I'll share some information about updating the company address. Once you've updated the address from the settings, this should also change in your invoice templates. Since this isn't happening on your account, you'll want to access your account using a private browser or an incognito window. This is to check if this is a browser-related or a subscription issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox).
  • Press Command + Shift + N (Safari).

 

After that, try creating an invoice again to see the new address. If it's working fine, you'll want to clear the cache to start on a clean slate. This process helps the browser to fetch the latest version of the webpage and a faster browsing experience.

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of the case, then tap Continue.
  4. Click Chat.

You'll get an email once an update to the resolution is available.
