Hello there, @adamjreeves.

 

Do you have any issues with the QuickBooks Online (QBO) system that you need help with? You can always post them here in the Community and I can sort it out with you. If you still want to contact someone from our Customer Care team, you can do so by logging in to your account. I'll gladly show you how.

 

We've updated our customer care experience. To speak to one of our support team, you'll first have to check out our support hours to make sure you'll be assisted on time and then sign in to your QBO account (via a web browser). Whenever you're ready, follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Choose the Call us option and follow the on-screen instructions.

 

Also, you may want to check out one of our Help pages as your reference to guide you in managing your business's growth and transactions using QBO: QuickBooks Learn and Support. It includes help articles, Community discussions with other QuickBooks users, and video tutorials, to name a few.
