Thanks for bringing this up, @avenueroofinglin.

Allow me to chime in and have your estimates printed with all the data.

First off, we can start by checking the printers. If everything is seemingly right, then may proceed to isolate the issue by switching to a different template and seeing if it allows you to print without any problem. If it works, recreate the estimate template and use it to print the invoice. You can also use that one moving forward.

Here's how you can make use of a different estimate template:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Custom form styles.
  3. Edit to your preferences.
  4. Hit Done.

If the content is still not showing, then we may need to access your QuickBooks account using a private browser. This step disables the cache from saving your browsing history, which also affects its performance. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once you're in, you may try printing estimates again. If this works, I recommend clearing the browser's cache to keep its memory updated. It also improves performance and fixes internet bugs. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers to run QBO.

In case you want to personalise sales forms and add looks to them, this article will be your guide: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

If you need any more assistance printing your estimates or anything else, please let me know in the Reply section below. I'm always happy to lend a hand in any way I can. Take care and enjoy the rest of your day!
